Please be sure to arrive with a clean face and fully dry hair (if adding hair services) to avoid an extra service fee. Your appointment is not secure until deposit is received. Please be on time for your appointment! Your appointment will be subject to cancellation at the 10 minute mark and you will be charged the full amount of your requested service. Late fees apply after the 10 minutes grace period. Consider leaving early as I'm located near high traffic areas. Free parking available. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE • No additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. • For appointments booked for a minor, one parent or legal guardian may accompany them. • Out of respect for our clients and salon professionals, only those receiving services may be present in the salon. • No-call, no-show appointments will result in a permanent booking restriction. • Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on the card on file for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. For same day cancellations or no-shows, full payment will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment is subject to being cancelled and the full service will be charged to the card on file. Late fees apply after the 10 minute grace period.
